450 gr af Ceremonial Cacao
Chop down cacao we use about 30-40 gr per cup.
on medium/low heat slowing melting the chocolate add water or alternative milk, almond milk is very nice.
Add pinches of spices like, cinnamon, cyan pepper, sea salt, turmeric....
We also like to add rose pedals, coconut oil & honey
Use the cooking process to mediate
To not let it boil, when properly mixed it is really nice to put in a blender so it gets a bit silky.
